Being a woman has never been easy.
It has meant defying expectations, breaking cycles of silence, and opening paths where before there were only limits.
Every right that today seems normal exists because women throughout history refused to accept less.
That is why March 8 is not only a celebration.
It is memory.
It is resistance.
And it is a reminder.

Because the true progress of the world is measured by how much space, respect, and freedom women have To Be and to decide.

On International Women’s Day, I wish women everywhere didn’t have to keep proving our worth. I wish respect came naturally, without conditions, without battles. I wish we didn’t have to mourn the freedoms we deserve, but could live them fully and fearlessly.
Today we celebrate resilience.
We celebrate the strength it takes to endure, to rise, and to keep going.

And we honor every woman who has paved the way; those who spoke up and continue to speak up, who stood firm, and who made space for the generations that follow.

Women, may you never forget how strong you are.

En el Día Internacional de la Mujer, deseo que las mujeres de todo el mundo no tengamos que seguir demostrando nuestro valor. Ya lo tenemos. Deseo que el respeto llegue de forma natural, sin condiciones y sin batallas. Deseo que no tengamos que lamentar las libertades que merecemos, sino que podamos vivirlas plenamente y sin miedo.

Hoy celebramos la resiliencia.
Celebramos la fuerza que se necesita para resistir, levantarse y seguir adelante.

Y honramos a todas las mujeres que han abierto el camino: aquellas que alzaron la voz y continúan alzándola, que se mantuvieron firmes y que crearon espacio para las generaciones que vienen.

Mujer, que nunca olvides lo fuerte que eres.
